Welcome to Sweet Heaven, where we believe in the power of sweetness to transform your life. Our mission is to provide delicious, elegant and bespoke cakes that suits your needs.

A team of two, where we strive to create a delightful and enjoyable experience for all our customers. We are based in the buzzing city of Glasgow, Scotland, where small businesses are at the heart of the community. We take pride in our personalized design service, collaborating with you to craft the perfect cake for your special occasions.

Kiki started off as a self-taught homemade baker where family and friends discovered her talent on making wonderful cakes as a hobby, and now decided to work full-time due to lots of requests from the locals. Sweet Heaven has now become Kiki's dream job. Whilst Adam works as a software developer, he decided to join and do deliveries for customers who need their cake sent over to them.

As a small business, we are immensely grateful to all of our customers. We love building relationships that help us understand you better, allowing us to design the perfect cakes for your family and friends.

    Enquiries

    Collection/Delivery

    To ensure freshness, we recommend serving the cake within 24 hours of your celebration. Cakes are required to be kept refrigerated and ensure you have enough space in your fridge.

    Deliveries can be provided within the Greater Glasgow region or around 20 miles from the City Centre and can be delivered to your home between 6pm and 10pm.

    Terms and Conditions

    We cannot accommodate any allergies. To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid 24 hours before collection. Deposits are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances where we cannot complete the order. Any changes to your order must be made 5 days before your collection date. Transferring your order to a new date depends on availability. Collections are from Glasgow, Scotland, G51. By collecting your order, you agree that you are satisfied with the finished product. We are not responsible for the condition of the cake after collection. Transport your cakes on a flat surface, such as the footwell or a flat area in the boot of the car. Do not transport cakes on a car seat or your lap. Cakes must be stored in the fridge. We recommend taking the cake out of the fridge 30 minutes before serving, though this time may need to be shortened in hot weather. Keep cakes out of direct sunlight. Data submitted is collected and stored via our website database for the purpose of responding to enquiries.
